Remote Online Notarization (RON) – Texas
Remote Online Notarization (RON) allows for document notarization electronically through a secure online platform, eliminating the need for the signer and notary public to be in the same physical location. Jones Seal Notary Loan Signing is authorized to perform Remote Online Notarizations in the State of Texas in accordance with Texas notarial law.
RON provides a convenient solution for clients who are traveling, out of state, have limited mobility, or need fast, secure notarization without an in-person meeting. This service is particularly beneficial for those seeking mobile notary options.
How Remote Online Notarization Works

2. The signer’s identity is verified using Texas-approved identity verification methods.
3. The document is signed electronically.
4. The notary applies an electronic notary seal and digital certificate.
5. The notarization session is recorded and securely stored as required by Texas law.
