Apostille Services
Texas Documents for International Use
McKinney, TX, Plano, TX, Frisco, TX, and surrounding areas.
Jones Seal Notary Loan Signing provides apostille services for Texas documents intended for use in foreign countries that are members of the Hague Apostille Convention. Apostilles authenticate public documents, ensuring they are recognized internationally.
While Jones Seal Notary Loan Signing is not a government office and does not issue apostilles, we assist clients by ensuring their documents are properly notarized through our experienced notary public and prepared for submission to the Texas Secretary of State.
What Is an Apostille?
An apostille is a certificate issued by the Texas Secretary of State that verifies the authenticity of a notary public’s signature or a public official’s seal on a document. It confirms that the document is valid for use in another Hague Apostille Convention country.
Documents used in countries not part of the Hague Apostille Convention may require a different authentication process.

Important Apostille Information
Apostilles are issued only by the Texas Secretary of State. Please note that Jones Seal Notary Loan Signing does not translate documents or provide legal advice. Clients are responsible for confirming document requirements with the receiving country or authority.
